Refund Policy

Effective: January, 2012

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

Watermark Concepts Group as a general rule does not provide refunds, exchange or credit or permit returns for merchandise purchased and delivered. There is specifically a strict policy of ‘no exchange’ and ‘no refund’ for any item that is reduced, on sale, or discontinued.

EXCEPTION - MINT CONDITION

Refund of the selling price, excluding shipping and handling, will only be provided if merchandise is returned in mint condition with a valid receipt of purchase. Mint condition means that the original shrink-wrap covering the product has not been removed, torn or otherwise damaged and that the product has not been ripped, torn, handled, bent or smudged. Repackaged products will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit.

Customers returning merchandise are responsible for proper packing and for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Watermark Concepts Group is not responsible for items damaged in transit during the return shipment.

Refunds will only be accepted within 10 days of purchase (includes weekends/holidays). Please do not send us any items you wish to return without consulting us first by telephone at 1-519-893-8749 or by email sent to info@watermarkconcepts.com.

Watermark Concepts Group will not refund or accept the return of any product unless these terms are respected.

For purchases made by credit card, refunds will be issued via the same method with original card information.

WRONG ORDER

If you have received the wrong order, please contact Watermark Concepts Group by telephone at 1-519-893-8749 or by email sent to info@watermarkconcepts.com to discuss the matter. When returning wrong merchandise, Watermark Concepts Group requires that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking. Carrier charges for returning wrong orders will be covered by Watermark Concepts Group.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive defective products, please contact Watermark Concepts Group by telephone at 1-519-893-8749 or by email sent to info@watermarkconcepts.com to lodge a Refund, Return, Exchange request within 10 days of the receipt of product. Your request will be considered within 7 business days, and you will be contacted about the decision and any follow up action.
